Paul Catignani with his so called business Proton Design Labs, doesn't have a clue as to what an electronics device is comprised of, much less how to run a business! Being in business for myself for 22 years, have never dealt with such a miserable excuse for a business as this one. For three years I have given my all to make this piece of junk that PAUL calls an LED sign to work. To no avail after numerous phone calls and emails, with no response. I have come to the conclusion the sign will never work. I have called other sign companies to see if they could help to get it working, after hearing the sign is from PROTON they are immediately done with the conversation. Please be aware of this business and stay away! The sign I purchased has been a total nightmare, not to mention a huge loss of money!!!!!!!!!!
