Claimed he can restore leather material to the original like new condition professionally done, but the company or person is not insured or bonded, nor is professional in providing the services and in his personal or business interactions. he has no expertise or above average know how in providing leather repair service. he does not cover other item or areas not worked on creating a mess, then trying to blow it off by air pressure making more mess and damage to begin with. restoration was done very unprofessionally and sloppy, and not to the entire area contracted and promised. stained other areas causing permanent damage. in addition to causing damage to other items and not have the decency to disclose them. he has caused damages to other leather items in order to create more repair, and then ask for more money to repair them, while not properly restoring or finishing the initial job as promised.

he also attempted to collect a 3% extra as service charge when offered to pay with credit card in violation of all merchant service contracts, failing to offer a cash discount versus payment with credit card prior to performing the work,  not to mention in violation of law as it amounts to theft forcing the consumer to pay in cash or check and then running off without providing an invoice, or any warranty for the bad service.  Over all a TOTAL RIP OFF.
