My biggest complaint is that I was charged over double what I was initially quoted, and when investigating further, charged for space that didn't even exist. The company hired a Budget truck to move me, and the largest truck they have is 24' with 1350 cubic feet. My stuff didn't take up the entire truck. The driver claimed the truck was 1900 cf and they charged me for 1600 cf. They quoted me 713 cf, and added 887 cf for two small pieces of furniture and maybe 20 boxes not included in the original quote.

They claim that they include free blankets, but hardly use any. Instead they charged me $128 for mirror boxes, 150 for bubble wrap, $180 for shrink wrap, and $180 for tape, for a total of 638 over and above the quoted amount. They did not mention that they nickel and dime for everything when they tried to gain my business.

It was raining the day they finally arrived, and they tromped all over the carpet in their dirty boots. They did lay moving blankets down to protect the carpet in the new home. But really?

They demand payment in cash before unloading, then pretend to do a good job. They broke a leg off my dining room table, and Hans helped to 'fix' with Gorilla Glue, which I had to go buy. After they left, I found an antique end table propped in the corner of my office - with the foot/leg broken in half. My desk, which has legs screwed on, has the screws bent on one side now - they didn't take them off, and managed to shove so they are now bent. They are very thick, so not easy to unbend. One box with my china marked Fragile, has a broken soup tureen and 5 of 8 soup bowls broken. All on one side, so most likely dropped. I haven't finished unpacking, and therefore haven't filed my claim yet.

While additional insurance is available, they don't offer it, so cover 60 cents per pound. Hence, I doubt I will get anything from my claim.

They do not answer the phone after they have your money!! You can call to complain, ask for help, anything and it will go to VM with no return calls. Joshua was my sales person, and he said he'd be available on the day of my move. Not then and not since. He's a liar working for a company of liars and thieves.

There are multiple bad reviews for them on the web, and I just wish I had investigated further before hiring them. For me to move a small house 119 miles, with me packing almost everything and moving much of my stuff via a trailer and van myself, it cost me almost $5000. When I moved from NY to SC it cost me $2200, and I had more then and not the advantage of the trailer and multiple van trips.

Additionally, they added to the stress of the day by saying they would be there early, I was ready early, then waited hours for them to arrive. First day they didn't arrive at all, second day 2 hrs late and 3rd (delivery) day 2 hours later than they said they would. At the end, they had their hands out for their tip, which I gave and am so sorry I did.

If an attorney is interested in starting a class action against this company, I believe he will find multiple people that are angry enough to be be part of it. They should be put out of business. Please contact me and I'm happy to provide documentation and photos.
