Proven Power Sports Mini Search LLC Took my mony for a scooter , never delivered it , their phone is now disconnweted and no one answers the email Brooklynn New York

On November 29th 2016 I ordered a moped scooter for my Granddaughter to get around at college . I paid the full amount . I was told it would ship in 3 to 5 days . On 12/04/2014 a man calling his self "Nick" emailed me stating that my scooter was shipping that week . On 12/13/2016 it still had not shipped , I emailed the company , a man calling his self "Mike" answered my email said they couldn't promise the exact date but that my scooter would be here by Christmas week . I have emailed at least 20 more times and no one ever answered again . The phone has been disconnected at least since 12/16/2016 . I filed a complaint with the BBB shortly after the first of the year , no answer from them yet . I filed a complaint with the card company , they are "waiting for a response" from Proven Power Sports and Mini Search LLC . I still have no scooter and no money . My Granddaughter's Christmas was quite depressing .
