Providence Builders, LLC Bryce Powers Providence Builders Poor quality, far exceeded quote. Clarksville Tennessee

I am only presenting facts. Please read then make your own decision.

Hired builder to construct home.  Formal bid was provided to me.  Final costs came in 40% higher.  Nearly everytime we went to make a selection we were hit with charges, things that were supposed to be included were not provided.  Bryce secured the contract by providing a low bid, but then slowly informed us that we would have to pay extra for many small items.   Have since had several major problems with the home, however I'm not comfortable or confident in the ability or honesty of Bryce/Providence. 

Since building I have talked with other people and apparently Bryce's reputation is well known, but extremely poor.  I was informed of an instance by another buyer of a Providence home where water was coming into the main level of a newly built home by Providence.  Buyers had just moved in.  Bryce refused to repair the home and ended up yelling/cussing at the buyer in front of their home.  Issue never resolved. 

Another instance of a newly built home in Madison Terrace:  Bryce completed construction on a home, but water was entering and staying in the crawlspace.  Water in a crawlspace is a problem and something you would expect a builder to remedy.  The result was another screaming match in the buyers' yard.  Issue was never resolved by Providence.  

I urge you to steer clear of this business.  Remember that some of the best con men seem, at first, like the nicest and most honest of men.
