Avoid these people like the plague! They scammed us!

We had the worst possible experience with these people. Leased $25,000 worth of equipement from Ofer. We were totally "bait and switched" (told one thing, then given different documentation) and then lied to. We (wrongly) trusted Ofer, and he completely screwed us. They sure know how to ruin a business relationship. Basically we were told that our business equipment could be purchased at the end of the lease for $1. However at the end of our lease we were told it would be $12,500. Even though we had already paid for the equipement in FULL + interest. These people are MAJOR SCAM ARTISTS. I would absolutely avoid them like the plague. There are plently of legit leasing companies out there, no need to deal with these SCAM ARTISTS. I hope this review saves at least 1 person from being scammed by this company.

I have the same story as MR. J.S of LA..  I was told My Lease was going to be a $1.00 buy out at the end of the lease By david Lee and that is the only lease op that we talked about... The frist paper work that he sent me WAS a $1.00 but out But something was not right with that one ($ amount i think) and David Lee sent me a new one and i sign it and returned it and 2years later i wanted to pay it off and found out it was Changed to A FMV Lease..

I did talk to a other Lease Co last week that we have some Equip lease through and she told me a FMV Lease is VERY uncomon with this type of equip.. She told Me (qoute) (YOU GOT SCREWED!!)

So YES Never Trust any one from providence capital Thay will try to scam You

Leasing contracts have a variety of different purchase options available.  This client wanted the monthly lease payment that fit their budget.  A lease with a dollar purchase at the end of the lease is significantly more expensive than one that has a "fair market value" purchase.   It is much like leasing a car.  You have a "trade in value" at the end of the lease.  Obviously, if the purchase option was a dollar, then the monthly payments would be much higher.

Everything was clearly spelled out in the leasing agreement that was signed.  The different options were explained, and the payment plan was selected.  This person signed the lease, and the statement "I have read this contract and understand the provisions of this agreement".   We have placed literally thousands of leases and object to this persons statements.
