I ordered the Six Week Body Makeover online after watching their infomercial on TV.  I ordered it online and paid by credit card.  Well, I received the product and decided that it wasn't for me.  I called the customer service number and received a return authorization number.  I mailed the package back to Providia Life Science and obtained a delivery confirmation number.  The package was received by Providia two days later.  I called Providia to confirm receipt and they stated that they had not received the package.  I gave the phone attendant the confirmation number and then, in the same breath, the attendant confirmed receipt of the package and told me that I would be refunded $19.99 instead of the $39.98 I paid for the first of six installments and shipping and handling.  I asked the phone attendant why my shipping was being withheld since the company was not out of any money for shipping, because I'd already prepaid for shipping costs from the company and again to send the product back to Providia.  I spoke to the manager, Sergio Segovia, who stated that the director's name is Mark Harris.  I asked to speak to Mark but, of course, he was not available and there was no number available to contact him.  Sergio told me that he was keeping my shipping costs because it's stated in the website that they can keep it.  I told him that I never agreed to that stipulation.  We went around in circles and Sergio stated that he will not refund my money.  I called 877-776-8432 about 10 more times and received one million lies about Sergio being in a meeting.  However, I countered the lies and eventually Sergio came to the phone.  Sergio finally committed to having Mark call me on the next day.  I told him that I would continue to call if he didn't.  I also spoke to Mary Ann and Marcus who continued lying about Sergio's inability to come to the phone.  BOTTOM LINE:  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS WHO PREY ON THOSE WHO ARE DESPERATE TO LOSE WEIGHT.  IF YOU TRY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, YOU WILL LOSE TWICE - YOU WILL LOSE ONCE BY THEM REFUSING TO REFUND YOUR $19.99 SHIPPING COSTS AND TWICE BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU ADDITIONAL MONEY TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM.  ALSO, THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT $19.99.  PROVIDIA SENDS THE PRODUCT BY U.S. MAIL, MEDIA MAIL, WHICH COSTS ABOUT $6.  THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE EXCESS FEES EXCEPT FOR SELF-ENRICHMENT AGAINST THOSE WHO CAN LEAST AFFORD IT!!  AVOID PROVIDIA AT ALL COSTS!
