Providian Bank PROVIDIAN BANK RIPS OFF CONSUMERS Manchester New Hampshire

I had a providian card from these cons and made a payment to them every month, they said it was not recieved on time and sent my account to a collection company after I faxed them cancelled checks to clear up this matter.

I heard nothing from them for 15 days then a collection company called my job to verify my employment to garnish my check. The collection company made a deal to pay them, which was fine either way the account was paid they said they were authorized to make a deal on the clients behalf. I did and they did not honor their agreement, paying now three times the amount originally owed. The debt is still not paid off.

It seems they make the rules up as they go. I would never do business with them of anyone they do business with. They have grown by ripping people off. This is the worst run company I have ever seen.
