Providian Financial, Emerge Bank ripoff, They're ruining my credit, and cancelled my card in good standing without issuing new card. Atlanta Georgia
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Emerge Bank supposedly bought my credit card account from Providian and changed it from a visa to a mastercard account. However, they did not issue a new card and have not given me a reason why they closed my account. Cannot get a written response, they only tell you to call providian and providian tells you to call emerge.
They are putting delinquent payments on my credit report and collecting money fraudulently.
I would appreciate any assistance in getting back my money already paid before I found out about the scam.
