After being a outstanding customer for over 5 years porvidian sold out to washington mutual card services. My bills have never been the same.Payments went from $200.00 a month to $600.00 amonth. after many calls no less than 5 I keep getting no where with any one at customer service or any supervisors.their reason for raising the annual percentage rate is a farce 1 late paymentis thier only excuess.don,t bother asking for assistance they have NO OFFERS AT THIS TIME.I am recording Every call ,date ,time and person i have spoken with along with every bill /IE statment to Forward to MY congressman and the Fedral Justice Dept. I advise ALL to do the same.
