Bob wanted me to hide things from buyers like bad electrical, holes in the wall, animals living in wall, bad plumbing, leaking roof, rotten wood. untill he sold the house. said my old landlord isn`t going to fix it. and I should shut up, the new ones would have to fix it. after they bought it.
