P.S.E.& G lures thousands of people if not more with big bold letters about worry free service guaranteed. Read the small print find out whats really covered. I called for a water heater that was leaking water we have been paying for years for the so called worry free service for our church parsonage. But when the tech arrived he checked the water heater and said your tank is cracked and the worry free service only covers parts and labor not the tank. He gave our pastor another phone number to call and he did only to receive estimates starting at one thousand dollars and more depending on the guarantee and tank we chose.
We urge customers that are paying for worry free service to check the fine print or call and fine out just whats covered.
