To the Real Estate Board of Commissioners in Pennsylvania and to PSI Exams.I would like to start by saying, I have had a terrible, very expensive, experience with PSI Exams testing centers, their online practice exams and anything related to the Company PSI in general. I called PSI customer service because PSI is obviously the company that the PA Board of Real Estate Commissioners hired to write and regulate the Real Estate salesperson Exam. PSI told me there is nothing they can do and i need to contact the Pa. Commission.

1. I have found several mistakes in the PSI exam national and state that are costing me literally thousands of dollars in time and money.

2. I have received a fail score 4 times in a row the exact same 22 questions right out of 23 needed to pass , 73.3 % , i have a better chance of winning the power ball than those odds.

3. I have a B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University, and I failed both the National and State Real Estate Exams over 10 times, explain that ??

4. I am a landlord I own several rental properties.

5. I inherited a lot of money and would love to file lawsuits I have the money to fight you.

6. My cousin is an attorney free legal representation.

7. I have paid and gone back to Polley Associates in Marple Newtown, Pa. twice just to learn the information again, and I passed with flying colors again. twice in a two year period which is not required. Because I thought maybe I missed something and I was the reason I was failing the PSI Exams

8. I will never quit, ever....., an agents license is a money printing press.

9. The national exam keeps giving me 85 questions and i'm graded on 80 questions ??

10. There are double exact same questions. this proves possible mistakes in the psi writers abilities.

11. One of the times I went to take my PSI Exam i had the flu and bronchitis, i only went because it was too late to cancel. I never sat for the test i was coughing hysterically PSI never reimbursed me for the 54 dollars ???

12. The material that, polley associates teaches is not psi exam material.

PS: This is how this can all be avoided. I do not want a problem if we can settle it now out of court. PSI needs to mail me out to my home address, full and complete testing transcripts. I want to see exactly, every single question of the test that I got write and wrong, for every PSI exam I ever took. Because computers make mistakes and I can prove your questions are poor. If that can not be done I will get my attorney to subpoena these documents with a court order. thankyou, have a great day
