I called for an estimate and was told it was $180 on the phone to fix my computer. Then was told it was going to be $300 to fix the same issues I got the $180 quote for. John advised me that it was worth fixing and if it was his he would repair it. I argued about the price and they came down to $240 for the repair I was initally quoted $180 for. I got the computer back and it worked for 2 days & then screen went black, stating to reboot I took it back to PST & was advised to buy a UPS battery backup it would fix the problem. I spent another $100.00 on a backup & tried it again, the computer worked for 10 minutes and then same problem occurred.

I took it back to PST and was told it was probably my hard drive. They did a few things to it and told me to take it home and try it again. I did and the same thing happened except now the computer was clicking on and off constantly. I took it back again, and was told it was my hard drive and that would cost me $130 plus additional labor. I have now spent a total of $355 and did not want to spend anymore on a 4 year old computer, that I was advised in the beginning was worth the initial repair. I was told by John that he would work with me on a new computer by Ghosting the hard drive to the new one and doing all updates. When I got home I called him to ask him if he could build me a computer and we discussed costs. I decided to buy one through another source. When I went back with the new computer he told me he was going to have to bill me to do the ghosting and updates. I reminded him that he told me he would do this for me at no charge. He said no that is if you buy the computer from me. I said we didn't discuss you building me a computer until after I got home and called you back. He agreed to do the ghosting but not the updates. By now I have a really bad taste in my mouth because I have paid these people at $90 an hour to diagnosis my problem and all they did was repair everything else than what was wrong with it. I paid to have something fixed and it was not!!!!!!! I wasted $355 on their poor service and my poor judgement in using what I thought was a reputable company and a company that stands behind their service. I Guess I was WRONG!!!!!!!!!
