Ms. Ann,
You did not respond to my first letter which was dated as June 18, 07. This is my second and last letter to you.

I received a one hour card reading from you on 06-10-07, Sunday at 1.00 pm. Your fee was $375 and I only had $65.oo at the time of the service. I came back on 06-11-07 and paid the balance of $315.00 (receipt is attached). We talked in your office and on the phone about getting spiritual healing services from you. You offered me either a three month or six months work of spiritual healing. I chose a six months contract which meant that you will be available to me for six months on a 24 hour basis with the fee of $3700.00. You insisted that you want the whole fee in advance before we even start the service because in your opinion, conversations about money in the middle of a spiritual process will only create misunderstanding and problems.

After going back and forth with my inability to pay the full $3700.00 in the beginning, you agreed to two payments: one before and the second payment at the end of the service. I came to your office on June 11, 07 and handed you my jewelry which was appraised for $2000.00 on June 11, 07 by a local jeweler. You suggested that your client who is a jeweler might be interested. I left my jewels with you without getting a receipt simply because you seemed honest and trustworthy.

You called me the same evening and told me that your client bought my heavy chain and one set of earring for $700.00. You got my approval to sell everything. An hour later, I realized that I did not want you to sell the rest of my jewels. I left you four messages insisting that I had changed my mind and that I did not want to sell the rest of my jewels. I did not hear from you till the next day and that was when I questioned your motives. Before I had changed my mind, you used to return my calls immediately every time I had left you messages. Next morning, I even came to your office three times. You office door was wide open. I rang the bell and left messages on your cell phone and office phone. Still did not hear from you.

Finally, I called you again on 6-12-07 to see if I can find you. When I asked you if you have gotten my messages, you said what messages. Then, you told me that you have sold everything with the total value of $1500.00. At this point, I did not trust you anymore to use your services. I told you that I had changed my mind in getting service from you and asked you to pay me my $1500.00. You said what jewels what $1500.00?? You said to me that I either bring you the $2200.00 in full to start service with you or the 1500.00 is no longer mine.

I called you later to get the receipt of the sales from you or refer me to the jeweler you sold them to. You told me that you were not physically available at the time. I even offered to buy my jewels back if you could give me the information about the jeweler.
On Friday June 15, 07, at 4:30 pm, you called me and told me that you did not want to deal with me anymore and that you have given my $1500.00 to the jeweler and he did not want to deal with me either. You said that your friend sold my jewels to a Persian lady for$1900.00 and if I want to buy them back I have to pay the jeweler $2200.00.

Who gave you the right and permission to give my money to the jeweler who already has my jewels? This is not spiritual healing. This is stealing.

On 6-18-07, I called you and invited you to resolve this matter together without involving the authorities. At.4:00 pm today (6-18-07) you denied that I gave you my jewels in your office and DENIED that you had my $1500.00. You stated that I must have dealt with someone else. In addition, you mentioned over and over that you have recorded all of our conversations. Lets hear them and let the police hear it too. By all means, bring them to the court so every one can hear them.

On Friday, June 22, 07, you called and said that spirit has told you that I have mental, personal, and spiritual problem and you are very worried about me and would like me to work with you. I asked you not to call me and wait till you receive this letter
