I, Harold F. Teal paid Patent and Trademark Institute formerly known as PTI $2,500.00 for a patent that I never received. The product to be patented was the electronic license plate that is now being produced by the state of California. I would like for an investigation to be done on PTI, because somehow the information that I gave them was obviously stolen by someone. I was given a portfolio by PTI with a copy of my ideas. I do not have any of my paperwork because of the loss of my storage shed where all of the info was stored. PTI has all of my copies and proof of this information that I am telling you about if someone could get those records from them and investigate this situation I would greatly appreciate it.  I am currently seeking a private attorney and the press because the idea that the state of California is using was stolen and something needs to be done about it. My only dealings with PTI were to produce the electronic license plate.
