Just about 8 months ago i sent them there disbursemnt fee they were asking for . I ssent a money order for 99.95 Mind you this was mailed in Jan2014 and here we are 9 mos later Sept 2014 and i stilll have not recieved any closely related to or about this 50,000 grant. haha real funny...karma will back to get you. It would of been nice to have gotten that grant,, aat least return my money order of 99.95..
