AS of 1/30/13 I have downloaded and printed the welcome packet again because the first one they sent that i signed as well as the person i care for was sent out back in december and im still not in system soooo even though i no longer cqre for person im owed two paychecks so after endless emails to Rsetter@pcgus.com and calls to the 1-877-908-1750 I decided to fill out paper work and timesheets and mail them to them so i put thr info on envelope at post office and they inform me that zipcode is not valid the 18873-1108 so i go inline even sifting through ppl paperwork that ziocode is on the internet and on their paperwork ot os invalid so maybe thats why they never received my packet back in december because their info their zipcode is incorrect now this is the correct zipcode for ppl at po box 180 wilkes barre,pa 18773-1108 hope this helps i will be trackun my paperwork whixh should arrive by 12pm today and will require signature on their part to see if they tell me they never received it this time i spent $15.00 to have this paperwork delivered by 12pm today they owe me over 2,000 i need my pay if anyone else has any useful info please post ive filed a wage complaint with dept of labor and they told me i can also file in small claims court but really who wants to go through all that plus im broke utilities are unpaid car insurance four children and a single parent this is so unfair
