public storage dallas, texas EYES WIDE OPEN dallas Texas

I have a storage unit at this location that was close to being auctioned off but I paid it off 1 week before auction. The day after it was up to date I went to put some things in and pull some cloths out but the property still had there lock on so I called front office was told they couldn't take off unless I had another lock. I had one inside unit they finally let me get into my unit but when I got to moving stuff out noticed something wasn't right.

After scanning my unit figured out it was my dad's golf clubs that were missing. I called front office told them something was missing out of my unit they answer what's missing I told them set of golf clubs there reply to that was "oh the ones behind the ladders" funny thing is I didn't say where the clubs were located.

I went thru the process of police report the whole nine yards plus a pic of unit when they cut my lock off and clearly u can see a set of golf clubs behind the ladder's in my unit. I've gotten nothing but the run around by public storage saying we don't have ur clubs. I can't even get a district or as they call um senior district mgr to call me back.

I only have one thing to say about public storage and that's they have there "EYES WIDE OPEN" to the fact of taking advantage of people when they're about to lose something important to them and there lives. Lesson learned don't let bills go unpaid which I knew already just going thru hard times.
