Public Storage Facilities Willfully ripping me off since 2003 in LV NV San Ramon California

 USA nationwide Public Storage Facilities franchises,managers,employees are like an organized rackateering crime gangs preying upon me since I rented first unit in LV NV in 2003. I have rented units in Newark, Ca and still rent unit in San Ramon, Ca and one recently at 1400 E Tropicana LV NV 89119. All facilities manipulated and insisted I purchase their too expensive storage unit locks and then their gangs, employees stalk me threatening me my storage units have been burglarized. If I am threatened that my storage units have been burglarized I should be able to charge these PublicStorage employees and their gangs with burglary nut that has not been the case so far. Public Storage also steals my identity by not inserting my middle initial in my name on the rental aggreements.
