I set up auto pay in june 2017 with employe at my local PUBLIC STORAGE. After spending 2 in a half hours at the storge office with him. When I looked at my account o. The 5th of July I teied to call the local office and like always no one answered just got voicemail. So on the 7th I drove to the local office. After talking to the manager "Nikki" (rude) that I thought I was ser up on auto pay she said no but we can take care of it after I pay so I was getting ready to pay she gave me my amount which was $20 higher. She said it was a late fee charged that day because no payment eas received Ibexplained again that I thought it was set up on auto pay. That I had spent 2 hours last month with a guy doing it. She then said oh we had to Fire him FOR DRINKING ON THE JOB! So I said why should I have to pay for his mistake?
