After only 5 months they want a 17+% raise in the rent. This for a site with poor security, and only one way in to my unit. I have to back out with my trailor. Thefts from other tennents, and a broken fence. Californis law requires 60 day notice for a rent increase over 10%. Unable to reach customer service by phone. Site manager can do nothing. And there you have it. Movin on.
