Public Storage Fire hazard, not secure, broken, dangerous, dirty, rude, no service Seattle Washington

The Lake City Way Public storage is in a word Ghetto. The girls who were working there when I came in were rude. they were running a scam where they were charging for a new lock and giving you a used one. GREAT I did call their GM over the bad service and scam. 

Then I got a call from a customer service servey - ONLY it was the same girl running the scam doing a non company standard harassing confrontational phone call. Again I called the GM. 

I was uncomfortable going in - I was uncomfortable calling and talking to this person I asked that somoene else come meet me while I remove my stuff the company would do no such thing and I continued to get calls from the office girl. 

So when I came in to get my stuff it took THREE trips up to get the girl who had cut off my lock to come take off her lock YES with out a REASON she had decided to cut off my lock. then she left me there before I realized YOU CAN NOT OPEN MY DOOR> 

The door is ply wood that's it a bit peice of plywood help on with a hing anyone with a screw driver could take off. 

my "door" was actually set up in a place that made it so the hall door must be closed so my door could open. ONly the hall door was Broken... so I could not open my door. 

The first month for 1$ is a scam as it is actually almost the smae price as the normal monthly price. 

i CALLED AND ASKED THE gm TO CALL ME BACK AFTER I MOVED STUFF OUT HE NEVER DID 
a year and a half later I called again and thought YA know what I should just post the rediculace door video. 


Never do business with this location EVER it is a TRASHY DIRTY pooly mantained place with a rude staff and the reginal manager not only knows he did nothing to help.
