Posting this same review to a few sites in the hope of sparing others.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company. They overcharged me, held my furniture hostage as they hiked up the price, took over a month longer to deliver than promised, and then sent movers to deliver who insulted me and physically threatened me for more money. Finally they sent me a partial refund only to close the account before I could cash the cheque! Avoid these scam artists like the plague.
