PublicPartnerships LLC Not paid since January 5th! Virginia

Been with Public Partnerships LLC as an attendant care-giver since November 18, 2016.  I have received ONLY on paycheck via mail for back pay.  I have not been paid for attendant dservices since January 5, 2017 (this year).  I finally called (888) number givien to me and was told by the representative that a debit card was mailed to my address the week before.  I assured her that NO communication with PPC was mailed to my address at ANY time.  She told me that she would mail me a new one with which I am still anticipating to be sent.  I have not been paid since January 5, 2017 and it's already February 17, 2017.
