My report is simple and to the point. I have a published book with Publish America." Sunday Awakening" Fern Lutkins. When first published it was done so in paper back ISBN# 160563-940-0. Then it went to hard cover with a completly different ISBN 1-4489-1263-6. When the royality statement for August was sent by e-mail, it stated that the hard cover didn't sell and therfore no royalites, whcih is understandable, it was only out there for a month,but what happened to the statement for the paper back? Now they have stopped publisning the hard cover. Now what do I do with all the ads that I have all over the globe?

Issue #2. I have another book with them "Dust Carried On The Wind." I firmly believe because I refuse to buy a book that hasn't even been printed and on the market yet, they have held up prodeuction of it.  Not to mention changes that they made to the book, that they want me to pay for the corrections. I have finished "Dust Carried On The Wind" book 2 Continuumn which they want to publish. All I want from this company is my royalites for "Sunday Awakening" Fern Lutkins and the Contract for" Dust Carried On The Wind" terminated with full rights.
