I recieved a letter in the mail from a publishers clearing house, which is not really pch after I investigated further. The letter had a check for $5935.00 with it and a phone # for a (as the letter states) "Mrs. Robert Kingfley". They also gave a phone number to call to contact this supposed person. I called and could not get through (go figure!) So I then contacted the REAL publishers clearing house online and sent them a email. The real pch then responded to my email and told me that it was a scam and not to try to deposit the check or cash, I immediatly contacted someone from the real pch by phone and told them of this scam and gave them all the info that was on the letter. I then came across this website and decided to inform others of this KAFKA!!! This is just sad don't people have anything better to do with their time! GET A JOB!!!

that IS their job, stealing money from people. At least you didn't cash the check and end up paying double the money (to the scammer, then the bank when the bad check came back) and/or get arrested like others have. Be careful, folks, there are so many thieves out there thinking up their next scam. If it seems too good to be true...
