Publishers global dream foundation This is scam operation!! Publishers global dream foundatiion is claiming that i won $395,000 but they set it up where its a huge scam operation Miami Florida

I have just been called by a Michael Gonzalez representing the above foundation and told that I had won $395,000.00 and then told that I had to pay 25 percent of the customs fee or $1382.50 so that the money could be released from Costa Rica!
