publishers sweepstakes center----lee jackson customer service offered me voucher for walmart,signed me up for magazines.took 2 payments from my bank account,havent recieved anything from them arvada Colorado

i recieved a phone call back in feburary stating i was a winner in a sweepstakes & i could either take $25,000 or a new car. i said i would take new car, well the lady went on about a voucher i had won that i could use it at walmart or anywhere i wanted,then she went on to say i could recieve 3 books a month for #3.24 for a year, she went on to say i wouldnt have to pay anything until my first 3 books arrived. i have direct deposit & i recieved my febuary statement & noticed there was a fee taken out of my account on feb,3,2014 for $24.53. i get disablity & i checked my account on feb. 28,2014 & there was another withdraw taken from my account for $ 24.53. the lady i was talking to on the phone her name was tara she was very nice, but i didnt think they would rip me off like this. no magazines. i have tryed to contact the 800 number but it wont go thru. so what am i supose to do now. im 67 yrs old & i cant afford that coming out of my account every month. i would like to know what i can do to stop this before it goes any farther. thank you so much
