I went to puedmag custom ink tattoos after it was recommended to me by a guy at the gym. I tried to get an appointment with the owner Luis but he was booked up for months.. so I didn't think anything I booked an appointment with another artist name Mike. The owners Luis and Tina hired Mike without checking his previous work or portfolio. I was under the impression that a highend shop who charge $150 an hour would have done their homework, but i was wrong.  Mike not only botched my tattoo, he was fired after other customers complained about their tattoos.  I found this out from another artist named Dom who works there. So when I complained about my tattoo to the shop manager Laura, she said Dom will "fix" and "repair"my tattoo and I didn't have to pay anything. As Dom was working on my botched tattoo which was done by fired artist Mike, I began to realize what kind of unprofessional work environment I was in. I remember owner Luis yelling at new interns.  Who does that front of customers?  The poor girl was crying. And this guy Dom was another character with his heavy English accent. He was so negative and one point even said to me "your tattoo looks like 5 years old not 6months". He accused me of not taking care of it. I felt like he was saying the botched tattoo was my fault becuase according to him I didn't take care of it..I also saw Dom talking to walk in customers in a rude manner. He was very condescending. On the my second appointment with Dom, he was still accusing me of not taking care of my tattoo. At one point he says "look at what this dickhead did? Look at the size of this small cross on your tattoo", I said Dom it was you who did that small cross on our last session. He replied, "Oh you must have asked me to"..At the end, he didn't fix my botched tattoo, he just made it more darker and scared some portion of my skin. Overall, I would not recommend Puedmag Custom Ink Tattoos. I don't wish what happened to me on anyone else..save your money, time and emotional suffering and go to a reputable Tattoo shop..
