Pugster.com rips people off. They lie about their sterling silver. Most of it is fake as I have had it tested and tested it myself. That is the reason for me sending it back and never getting refunded. They owe me 50.00 and keep giving excuses through email. They do not answer their phones or faxes.

They have a facebook page now and there are so many negative comments on there about people being ripped off by this company and the jewelry being poor quality and breaking or turning color or stones falling out and silver being fake.

I have been trying to get my money back since October 29, 2011. When I do get an email back or a reply on facebook (where they prefer to answer questions now) which I think is very unproffessional to say the least, they just tell me they already refunded me and that is a lie.

I feel bad for everyone who has been ripped off by this company and I hope we can get them closed down and get our money back somehow, but we probably won't. Good Luck former Pugster customers.
