Punchey Holding our company funds. Will not say for how long. Lied at sign up. Boston Massachusetts

We signed up with Punchey in May 2013. I asked if there were any reason why there would be holds placed on our funds due to all the horror stories we read about square and intuit. We were told that if we do not have excessive charge backs they would not hold our funds. It's now August 2013 and we have hand funds held twice. This last time they are not saying when or even if we will recive them. We are an auto dealerdhip. One of are customers send his clients to us to puchaase cars/acceories. His clients use a certain type of credit card. So because a lot of our customers use the same brand of card they held our funds. They asked for banks statements the first time we sent them in and after  some time of having to keep asking where's our funds they released them. We stopped accepting cards due to them lying saying they wouldn't hold funds. We have not had any complaints or charge backs.

So, we recently had a customer come in unaware that we had stopped accepting cards. Whether than turn away business, we had him swipe and sign. Thinking okay, it's not keyed in, the customer is here to sign so we shouldn't have an issue.  Boy were we wrong. They are holding funds again. Now they wanted an invocie. So we sent in a signed bill of sale, and cc autorization form that we have customers signed. But that's not good enough We are now  being told just to wait to hear back. No timeframe, nothing. We're also told it's because we don't have an online presence. We have walk ins, and referrals, we also post cars for sale on craigslist. We do not need a website. Again, no complaints, no chargebacks, customer was here to swipe and sign for transaction. WHY are you holding funds when you said you wouldn't? We do not recommend this company.

Also, there is nothing in there Terms of Use stating any reasons why they would hold funds or for how long, so do they just make this up as they go?
