Puppies N Stuff Love this place. northglenn Colorado

Yes I bought a puppy from Puppies N Stuff, the dog comes with a guarantee against illness, the problem is if it becomes sick you have to take it to their vet and they are not open 24 hrs. If your pet has Parvo this is time sensitive. You have to get an appointment when they have one. Then the pet is not fully treated by the Vet it has to be taken back to Puppies and stuff for treatment. Never was told this not in contract they do this for low cost puppy’s so they  don’t lose money!! In this time frame the puppies die. Mine had a cough and I took him in to the vet to be checked  before it was really sick the vet they could of said let’s check for Parvo since they see this all the time from

Puppies and stuff. No mention of Parvo shot???It was because they already knew my dog was sick!!!instead they sent us home. My puppy got sick the next day by that time I had to jump through all the hoops. By going to the vet again for the second time. Couldn't get an early appointment. Vet didn't fully explain that the pet had to be taken back to Puppies and Stuff, didn't find out until I got home puppies still at my house and a bag of injections( friend took puppy in I talked to vet on phone they didn’t tell me this. Puppy was doing much better puppy stopped coughing and had a stool that was dark and normal.. Why wouldn’t the vet take care of dehydration and give some shots

before the dog went out the door? I believed that this is what happened until I could get him to PNS not the best interest of my puppy so that it would be ok until I took it to PNS big mistake these people are heartless don’t ever let them have your puppy! EVER!!! This is totally irresponsible on the vets part for not taking care of the puppy.. Called PNS the next morning and they said the couldn’t’ take the puppy until 10:15 and that they were gone  Friday and Saturday and would be in and out and that I couldn’t come visit my puppy because they had a wedding going on. .Why do we  take puppies to the vet to have to take them back to PNS to be treated this is stupid? Especially when

no one is around???This was not in the contract I would never let PNS treat my puppy if I had known ahead of time!!It is not in the contract And I was not expecting this. and my puppy died of Parvo anyway, the next day after I took him to PAS on a Friday, Saturday morning they called me and said that my puppy died .Please check out all the reviews to do everything possible to save your pet. They let sick puppies go out the door without proper vaccinations and do not make you aware of it? Is this because the dogs are already sick? Why do they not require to have these shots before accepting these puppies? This is dog abuse so many dogs dying for no good reason but neglect on the

part of the owner. How can people like this really care about pets? Not even to say what the owners have to go through thinking they have a healthy puppy and then have them die the grief is incomprehensible. Puppies and stuff doesn’t want to pay more than the puppy is worth when it is sick so that they don’t have to pay the vet bills that are over and above. what they have to do a refund for.  READ YOUR CONTRACTS MAKE YOUR PETS STAY AT THE VET NO GOING TO PNS NOT IN CONTRACT they will put your dog down every time!!
