I bought a puppy (shiba-inu) on Oct.13, she was dead on Oct.21,2012. I took her to my vet Oct 16th, she was vomiting. She was treated and we had to return the next day as her condition was worse.
My vet informed me the pup was infected with the deadly Parvo Virus.I then took her to the Vet the PE has a contract with, she was put on 24hr iv fluids & 4 antibotics im @.She was only 3lbs. and 8 wks old, so there was little hope she would survive. This was on Oct.18th and she stayed in the hosp.till she passed away on sunday Oct 21,2012.
I informed John (salseman) of what transpired and he asured me "do'nt worry about the money i'll make sure you get every penny back(for the cost of the pup & vet fees) lets just get the pup better" Well she did'nt recover, after countless calls to the PE I'am still waiting for my refund.
By law I must submit a "Unfit for sale" report from the vet, I submitted 2 reports from 2 different vets, plus all the documents needed for a refund. I have'nt heard anything from the PE.By law they are supose to make full restitution with in 10 days of receiving the "Unfit for sale" reports. it's been almost a month now and still nothing from them, not even a phone call.
I have engaged a lawyer to deal with them, (another cost to me).They have till Nov.20th, to return my $$$, if not we will take futher action.These people have no reguard for peoples feelings.
Also I think I need to inform"Animal control" so they can make sure no other animals in the pet shop are infected, as PARVO VIRUS is highly contagious.
I remain heart broken.....
These people have treated me as if I do'nt exist...I was fine when I handed over cash to them...that was a different story..they new me then..now not so much...They suck...
