Victor and his family were very eager to sell to us. We asked many questions about them, the company, the puppies , the parents and the pedigree status. WE were ensured that all were of Champion lineage and we would be provided with the puppies papers within one week of the purchase.
We purchased the puppy on good faith No papers were ever provided and within 2weeks our puppy almost died due to her being very sick. The vet bills have been constant since. We tried contacting Victor via "PuppyRoomKennel" web site and via email and he and his father by telephone, we were ignored.
We discovered they removed the web site and did not answer the phone. We paid for a puppy that one was supposed to have pedigree papers (increasing the price of the puppy because of that status, we not only got a very sick puppy a but no papers). These people misrepresented the quality of the animals and lied about pedigree status.
Victor's vet provided records of vaccinations but we have serious doubt about the reliability seeing how we have been treated regarding our puupies health. Victor did not want to here anything from use.

I must say that Victor is the cruelist type of Breeder. He hides himself with shame, I have not seen him as an advertising breeder in a while thou that doe not mean he is not up to his old tricks still.
Anyone intested in buying bulldogs or whatever type of pedigree should be very careful when on the internet. May I suggest that you do careful research on the company and individuals(Breeders) before sending deposits. Never except your puppy without its papers upon the day of purchase. We have had our puppy for several years but she continues to be haunted with health issues.

...I purchased a "puppy" from Victor over three yrs ago, but I never even received a puppy. I tried and tried to report him, but wasn't having much luck on who to contact. After much running around from here to there to figure out who to report too...i finally made some progress. It seems that at the time he had done this to over 90 people within a few months.
From my understanding Victor had done some time there in New York, but is obviously out again. You need to contact the NY police there and explain the situation. He should defn. be in there system. If he is back at this he should be stopped immediately.
This was a huge upset for me and to this day has affected me.
I am very sorry to hear about your situation and that you recieved a sick puppy, but please do as I did and try to report this to the police, etc so he can eventually stop this!!!
I never received any money back regarding this, but honestly I think the only way to stop him is to make him pay for the damages....he obviously is not afraid of jail time and is coming out continuing to scam. He needs to pay for this....thats the only way to truly make people like him suffer.
