This company was rude and deceptive and they use trickery to to set the consumer up to lose access to any warranty of their product. And the product does not work at all for what it is supposed to do, which is reduce wrinkles. The worst thing is the manner in which the company handles their warranty and they force you to have to call them to get an RMA number but they refuse it and say there is nothing they can do. Then they hang up on you when you try to deal with the problem.

Here's how they trick you into never being able to get a refund on the product. They promise a 30 day refund if you are unhappy for any reason. But they automatically put you into an auto ship program whether you want it or not. And then in a totally different area of the terms, which is far removed from and separated from the actual warranty section they say that the auto ship plan does not allow for any warranty. But they don't allow you to go into any other plan at all to get the product order. There are no alternative choice of plans ... the only thing you can do is auto ship. So it totally contradicts the warranty commitment and they know they are doing that and setting you up to be screwed if you may want a warranty. This is deception and trickery at best. When you try to tell them you don't want auto ship before you know that you are going to continue using the product regularly they tell you that you can change the frequency of the auto ship but there is not getting out of that auto ship and that's where you get screwed out of them being responsible to their warranty commitment.

Watch out for this company. I am really upset that they had the audacity to trick their consumers this way. Please BEWARE. This company is very rude to deal with and they hang up on you whenever they feel like it. They say there is nothing they can do and yet to return anything you need to get them on the phone just to get the RMA number from their customer service. Even the supervisors are hang up happy. Nobody wants to take responsibility for their false and deceptive program rules and it was a miserable experience and not worth any of the hassle. The product did not work at all for reducing wrinkles. The only nice thing about the product is that it goes on silky and smooth. But does nothing at all for results.
