Purco Advantage Car Rental trying to get $$ through Purco for car damage Spanish Fork Utah

We rented a car through Advantage in Maui.  We dropped the car off - they had only 1 person working both when we got there so it took forever to get the filthy car after 20 hours of traveling at 9 Pm.  The car had scratches, dings. We did not notice scratches on the splash guard - you would have had to get on your hands and knees to see them. This company purco who touts themselves as a rental car claim who try to collect on as much as a rock chip.

They want $865 for the scratches I Did not cause.  I see when searching the web this is their mo.
