Pure CBS Tincture Rip Off, Refuses to Refund Money Las Vegas Nevada

 I ordered the product and tried it. I contacted the company to cancel any future orders within 14 days of receiving the product. They gave me a cancellation number and Assured me that I would not be charged $79.00. Well guess what. My account was charged today 6/22/17 $79.00. I contacted the company to ask why my account had been charged the money and the company told me that they had no record of me calling in and cancelling within the 14 days of receiving the product. I recited my cancellation number along with the date the account was cancelled. The lady I was speaking to informed me that I was not going to be refunded the money that had been drafted from my account. I used a debit card with the MasterCard symbol. Not sure if this would fall under the The Fair Credit Billing Act.
