I am one of the owners of PEC and we take these and any other false and/or slanderous statements very seriously. 

I don't believe this is an actual client.  An actual client would know in great detail all of the work that goes into building and delivering a fully functioning site and then training the client on how to operate and become an ecommerce entrepreneur.  We provide 40 hours of Consulting and Mentoring and Coaching on how to be successful and give then a full year to do it in.  We give our clients access to our eLearning Library and detailed training via the phone, IM, email, and Skype.     

Whomever wrote this is completely clueless as to how we deliver our product and services based upon the flippant nature and random thoughts in this complaint.  The "accuser" doesn't list anything about themselves, what site they have operated, nor have they metioned mine and/or my partner's name.  Moreover, we believe this was written by someone that is trying to solicit their services of removing complaints like this for money, as we've recently had marketing calls that suggest this very thing.  Or, this could possibly be a competitor that is attempting to break into the market...we've seen this before and unfortunately sites like this provide less than honest people the platform to say whatever they want with no consequences for their behavior.
