My girlfriend and I purchased 6 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia from Pure Garcinia Cambogia Canada; cost was $99.00. We only did so, because we were skeptical about the product; and, they claim to have a "no questions asked" 30 day money back guarantee! after 2 weeks of taking the product, it was pretty clear to us, that nothing was happening! Keep in mind, the pitch for this product is "lose weight without doing any excercise"! So, we figured it would work even better for us; as, we weight train, and do cardio, 4 times a week! we noticed absolutely no difference from our regular workouts, None!! So, we decided to return the product and receive our refund! Well, we were told that we didn't qualify for the refund, because: "there were two people using the product"!! Nowhere on their money back guarantee; nor, anywhere on the site, said that only one person was allowed to use the product! I guess what they meant to say was: any reason except having more than one person use the product! So, we got ripped off; and, the kicker is, they go out of their way to make it seem like they're legitimate; even going so far as to have a ripoff section, with a link to this very reporting website! Clearly my girlfriend and I have no legal recourse here; but, hopefully, we can make sure no one else ever gets robbed by these people again! Thanks for your time!

I personally spoke to our customer service team after I was just made aware of your situation. I was advised that they contacted you and offered you your money back if you returned the unopened bottles of Garcinia Cambogia. I would have taken care of this situation personally today, gladly refunded you and your friend your money, without waiting for the product to arrive, that's our Company Guarantee and I stand behind it.
We do not have any complaints, and if there are any customer satisfaction issues we gladly take care of our customers right away.
In regards to your attitude, I do not appreciate you getting hostile, I would have gladly resolved it today now that I have personally been made aware of the situation. I did not have to respond to your accusations, but our reputation speaks for itself.
We have over 2 million satisfied customers worldwide, and if you would have approached this situation without getting hostile it could have easily been resolved.
Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Sandy, Sandy!! Flat out lies!! We were never contacted by this person, to resolve the issue, ever! the only thing we were told was that we DID NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND!! How is that possible, when your site says NO QUESTIONS ASKED? Do you even know what NO QUESTIONS ASKED means? The only reason more people haven't complained, via this website, is due to the fact that you took the "guarantee" graphic, and the link to this website (ripoff report) off your garcinia cambogia website, after I complained here! In fact: the entire website had been redesigned! I imagine this is part of the scam!! You mention that two weeks isn't enough time! WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE? Your "guarantee" said NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! I guess it meant, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, as long it's not about only taking it for two weeks!! It doesn't matter if we decided in ONE DAY, your guarantee should still apply; yet, it didn't!
SO, Sandy, I'm glad to have a name to apply to the face of the scammer who runs this garcinia cambogia website; I'm sure you have no problems looking yourself in the mirror at night, before you go to bed! Take the one hundred dollars you stole from my girlfriend and I, and throw yourself a big party! you, of course, will be the only one attending; as, how could anyone stand to be in the presence of such a low-life scumbag!

In regards to the recent complaint about our refund policy, for any reason.
We have over 2 million satisfied customers worldwide, and as you can see there is only 1 complaint, that is an almost perfect track record. We have contacted the customer in question, and tried to find a solution before issuing a refund, which we do honor should a customer not be completely satisfied. We recommend our customers give the product an honest and fair chance to work. Two weeks is not a long enough time to start seeing permanent results.
We recommend taking the supplements as recommended for at least 3-4 weeks before permanent results will start taking effect. We do not claim people will see drastic results overnight. As stated with the customer in question, if they are working out regularly and do not have alot of weight to lose, they would see a difference in the toning of their body gradually.
Garcinia Cambogia does work differently for everyone, as everyone's system will react differently to the fruit. It is extremely unlikely for two people to experience the exact same results, and given it was only taken for a two week period, it hardly had a chance to work aggressively to be able to notice a change.
We did offer to refund the purchase in full once the unopened bottles were returned to us. Unfortunately we have not yet received the unopened bottles for a refund.
