This company will take your money but claim backlog while leading you to believe that they have the product in stock when ordering and will not give you a refund. Beware! They obviously are a scam or do not have the products when you order and assume you will wait months for your order.
They give a useless phone # on the site, it just rings. They ignore your emails. I am disgusted with this site and will file complaint with FTC.

The Rip Off company made our lives living hell for weeks`

AUTHOR: AJ - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 27, 2012

Thump, if you need any further back-up, please let me know and we can collaborate on this rip-off Pure Health.  Our legitimate Pure Health in Las Vegas had calls from angry customers, the post office, and credit card companies for weeks due to this company not communicating with their customers.  It did a huge injustice to OUR business and these people need to be held accountable for their actions (or lack of!)

Thanks

If you are the Owner of Pure Green Coffee

AUTHOR: Thump - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 27, 2012

I have a BIG beef with you! I get 5-6 emails from your company a day! There is nowhere to unsubcribe to these emails!!!And when I called the 1 800 446-8342 I was met with RUDE people on the other end who refused to give any information, who the owner is, the president, which makes one think you are just a rip off company! I did email Doctor Oz show to let them know what is going on and how you have him on video tring to sell your product, and will be contacting the Arizona Attorney General office to report you as well.

You should be held accountable for the emails that are sent out for your advertising!

This Pure Foods in Las Vegas is NOT the same company

AUTHOR: AJ - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, July 28, 2012

The Pure Foods that has ripped off these customers is NOT the Pure Health Foods in Las Vegas.  This rip-off company is located in TEXAS and simply has an LLC in Nevada/Las Vegas.  Our physical store has suffered immensely through this ordeal and have received dozens of calls per day from disgruntled customers, credit card companies, banks and even the Post Office.  Please understand fully the ramifications it has caused us with our physical store that has the same name in Las Vegas.  We are a very, VERY reputable business and this saddens us greatly to have people think it is US whom has ripped them off.  Please make it clear when you post that it is Pure Health 100 you are filing against.

Thank you!

Pure Health - We are Genuine

AUTHOR: Nancy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, July 28, 2012

Hi, my name is Nancy and I am the President of Pure Health LLC.

We are a small company, fairly new and consist of a group of health enthusiasts with the sole mission of providing 100% pure, clean, high-quality products for consumers.  Our products are unique and not is high supply on the internet or in retail locations.

A few months ago, we were taken off guard by a situation wherein Dr. Oz talked about a natural weight loss ingredient - Green Coffee Bean Extract.  Dr. Oz DID NOT endorse Pure Health's Pure Green Coffee Bean.  However, he DID recommend that consumers look for and only purchase a 100% pure green coffee bean extract.  We had no idea Dr. Oz was going to recommend this to his viewers.

When shoppers went to look for pure green coffee bean extract, Pure Health is very proud to have been the only 100% pure green coffee bean extract supplement on the market, with no additives! This, of course, led to a huge influx of orders for our very unique product.

Although we had plenty of product in place, the magnitude of the orders was unbelievably overwhelming.  In a few short days we received the number of orders we typically would receive in an entire year!  As you can imagine, the amount of administrative work it took to physically process these orders (remember, we are a fairly small company!) and get them out the door was a challenge that we could not even anticipate!  Needless to say, we worked tirelessly seven days a week, 18 hours a day to hire staff, process the ongoing influx of new orders and upgrade our phone and customer service systems to better service our customers.

We admit, it was more than we were ready for and it took us WAY longer than we ever anticipated.  The bottom line is it took us almost a month to get caught up, have new systems in place and overcome the challenges of the unexpected media coverage from Dr Oz since we were the only 100% pure green coffee bean supplement available.

Since that time, we have upgraded our processes and systems and we are now shipping all orders within 24 hours of receipt and have upgraded our systems and increased our staff significantly to accommodate any future unexpected increases in business.

As President of Pure Health, please let me personally apologize for any consumers that were not 100% satisfied during that time and let me assure you we are genuine, legitimate, concerned and here to service you in the best way we possibly can.  In our ongoing efforts to gain back your confidence and trust.  We will continue to do so and hope that you can try to understand the situation we experienced and find your way to give us another chance.

Thank you and please know we appreciate you!

Nancy

Dr Mehmet Oz & Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract - The real story?

AUTHOR: Barbara - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, July 06, 2012

Regarding the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract Product For Weight Loss: Is the video (on the Pure Green website) an actual segment of Dr. Oz's show, or is it an infomercial for the product?

At first glance, this site appears to be an article written for Women's Health that includes a segment of Dr Mehmet Oz's TV show.  But as I looked closer, I thought it might be an endorsed infomercial by Dr Oz, specifically for this Pure Green internet product.  If so, isn't that unethical on Dr Oz's part?

Millions of people trust Dr Oz's word... but if this is something he endorses for monetary gain, the idea of trust goes out the window. If people think this is a credible segment on his show, and it's really an infomercial, isn't that deception?  How can we trust the product... OR Dr Oz for that matter?

This company are not ripoffs. I ordered and got my order 3 weeks later. They are so back logged due to the tremendous orders. They are having such  a hardship trying to fill thousands of orders.  After the Dr. Oz showing they got hit hard.

They are real green coffee bean. Dr. Lindsey even reccomends this brand. I have tested them against the ones that say Super pure Green  coffee been 800mg and those are fake fillers. But pure green is pure green.

I have ordered these

AUTHOR: Julie L - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, June 02, 2012

I have ordered from Pure Health.  My friend and I ordered after the Dr oz show.  We received a prompt email regarding the back order of the green coffee extract capsules.  It took about 3 weeks, but we did receive exactly what we ordered.  I planned to reorder online, but today I saw the Pure Health exactly as we purchased online for only $9.98 in our local Walmart!

We are also aware of this company's tactics

AUTHOR: AJ - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, May 18, 2012

We own a health food store in Las Vegas called Pure Health and are getting tons of daily calls from the unfortunate customers of Pure Health 100.  They are located in Austin, TX and have their "corporate office" in Las Vegas, so people go online and find our store and call us!!  It reflects badly on us and I have attempted to call and email them, but they do not respond.  I did get through on a phone call and was told the person I need to speak with would call me back, and of course, I have never heard.  We have the customers' banks and credit cards also calling us and I would be very interested in reporting these people.  I sent them an email and gave them until tomorrow to respond or next week I am going to the Atty General's office here in Las Vegas.  I don't know if they are even collecting sales tax on their orders (legally are supposed to) and have been unable to find a "fictitious business name "
