Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
After some research on the internet, it looks like Pure Land Ethnobotanicals has been stealing peoples money for years. They just got me for 46 dollars. There is another report here from 2003 warning about them. It makes you wonder how a company in the US can rip-off people for years and have an active website that will take your money right now.

Spam mailings might have been the problem, but a way to make sure the customer is not forgotten would prevent future reports.
