Pure Med Spa Renew Med Spa Scam, fraud, poor service, inflexible, money grabbers Internet

I purchased a deal for six laser treatments, which was advertised online, at the end of last year from Pure Med Spa, now called Renew Med Spa. Since I was an existing customer, I bought the package directly from the Erin Mills location in Mississauga and paid over the phone using a credit card. They have a few locations in the GTA. 
I started the treatments this year, however, before my next appointment tomorrow they called and said they changed ownership and can no longer honour that package and said if I wanted to come in I would have to pay extra $50 per treatment. 
So when I wanted more information they send me a letter saying they can't honour deals bought  before Jan. 24, 2012 and totally refused to offer a refund saying if I wanted to go down that route I would have to mail the previous operator's president Louise Talbot.  (The companys legal name is 2274378 Ontario Limited, operating under the trade name Renew Beauty Med Spa and Salon Inc.

When I asked for a phone number/email for Louise or their current president Jeff Nourse, the manager I was speaking to said: 
1) She couldn't give that out, but I was free to do my own research and contact lawyers 
3) Mentioned there's an existing court case ongoing in the States, where Pure Med Spa used to operate as well, but didn't elaborate 

After some quick googling I found a lot of sites saying Louise and Jeff have been working together and have been scamming customers by taking their money and then saying they have changed operators, and can no longer honour previous agreements made with the previous operator. 

So a warning to all -- never ever go to Renew Med Spa -- they're crooks and will take your money or will keep rebooking you.
