I was unaware of this #89.00 charge to my bank account when I called my bank they said that there was nothing they could do basically because there wasn't a phone # or anything giving information to what the actual product is. I never recieved anything in the mail from this supposed company all it said on my bank record was Pure nutrients so I went to the website and there is a huge write up on how this is only a domain name and that this company isn't the right place to file a complaint so I'm not the only person that this has happened to, regardless i had to cancel my whole acct. at the bank and now it is just a very large inconvienece! And I want my money back!!!

Cancel any credit card or debit card associated with this SCAM - I have experienced this too....just today 8/4/09!

I too experienced this scam with Pure Nutrients, except I canceled even before my free trial was mailed out. The day after I placed the trial order at online I recieved a call from Edward (foreign accent)1-213-430-4262 asking for my debit card info. I expressed that I had already entered that info online and he said the website was down. I then pulled up ripoffreport.com while I had him on the phone and told him I was not going to give my debit card info to him and wanted to cancel the free trial offer. I told him "I do not want to receive your free trial, nor do I authorize ANY charges to come from my account". He said "okay". This happened 7/27/09.
Today 8/4/09 I receive the free trial in the mail which I had canceled on the phone with Edward. I instantly call Edward back and he answers "Hello?" which I found a little odd. He proceeded to ignore pretty much anything I said and told me to call Customer Service. The number he provided me resulted in a busy signal. I tried 4 times. I then called Edward back and a female answered "hello?". I tell her the issue and she says "I'm sorry mam I cannot help you. It is not our responsibility to cancel orders." When I told her the number given to me did not work she said "Well that is the only number I have....." She then put Edward back on the phone who said "WELL they are only open until 6pm EASTERN!" and I said "It's 3:50 CENTRAL which would make it 4:50 EASTERN!". He hung up on me. Twice. Then I call Customer Service number again and WOW it started ringing. Then an automated system came on and requested my card info AGAIN. I hung up.
I then had to call and cancel my debit card because inevitably, more charges were to come. These people are scam artists.....don't let them continue to take your money. CANCEL your cards.
I filed a complaint with the BBB. I suggest you do the same.

I understand many people may have had bad experiences with this company. But, all I can say is that I ordered the product a couple of months ago and I forgot to cancel it. I remembered today to cancel, I called, and it took about 10 minutes to get through to them. There was no hour wait or anything like that.
They took my order to cancel, they were not rude or anything. Yes, they asked questions about why I wanted to cancel, like most sales people do, but they were very nice and professional.
I called back a couple more times to see how long it took to get through to them and each time was within 5 minutes.
