Pure Nutrients Was charged for shipping as agreed, but never received free product. Melbourne Florida

You have a 14 day trial on a free product that you only pay shipping on. I ordered the product on 5/18/2009 and the 14 day trial starts the day you order. The 14 days was up on 5/31/09. Here it is 6/3/09 and I have not received the product. I did call and was able to cancel my order. They said they attempted to charge my card for the $88 dollars for the next months supply but is was declined. Very interesting, because my account shows know attempt or declince and I know the money was in there. She was kind enough to cancel my order, but said that the other item was shipped and that they would contact USPS to see where the package is and I should receive one in a few days. I proceeded to tell her that I was just ripped off and she said that did not happen because the company has a customer service department. What a joke. Beware and do not order the so called free supply. I now realize why you can't find or buy this product from any one else except their website.
