After hearing about all the things that carpet cleaning chemicals can do to your children I decided to look into organic cleaning. I found a coupon in the get1free.com catelog that comes in the mail.

I google the company Pure Organic Cleaning to see what anyone had said. There wasnt a whole lot of feedback so I thought I would give it a shot. My husband and I are very careful with our carpet. Our children only drink water and milk and never on the carpet so there was minimal dirt from shoes or dirt tracked from our tile. We have beige carpet so we make every effort to keep it clean. The representative that showed up was over 2 hours late. My children and mother had to sit and wait in the house for him.

Finally once he showed up he commented on how it shouldnt be a hard job since the carpets were pretty clean. He proceeded to pore their "solution" on our carpets. He never vacuumed up anything off the carpet and headed out the door. My husband and I came home several hours later and the spots were still there. We called the company and the owner said that he was going to have his employee come back out and redo the treatment. The employee called my husband to schedule a time and during the conversation basically told my husband the product is useless and that if there were any spots remaining he would just go to the store and get a canned spot remover to take them out. WHAT??????? THATS WHY I WANTED ORGANIC IN THE FIRST PLACE. $79 down the drain. The employee basically proceeded to tell my husband that there was no point in calling the owner back because he wont really do anything about it anyway.

Great customer service and now reading the prior post it all makes sense. I thank god I didnt let these idiots clean my furniture. Then I would really be pissed! Do not waste your hard earned money on these ripoff artists!!!!!

I've used this company before and was pleased with the results. I had two rooms cleaned that had been left to accumulate dirt for 7+ years, and I wasnt thrilled with the prospect of dousing my home in harsh chemicals. I gave Pure Organic a try and they did what they promised they would; my carpet was clean and dry in a few hours, and it didnt stink up the house. The representative sent was also on time and generally pleasant. Im not trying to disprove your story; I just want others to know that this company really isnt a ripoff.

I am astounded that you are attempting to push off your companies bad business on me, the consumer. If you didnt hear about the situation I think that it only supports the fact that the company is definitely not concerned with upset customers. To attempt to say that I am going behind the back of a company that burned me out of my hard earned money is ludicrous!! We contacted the owner to which we received nothing but excuses. The whole thing is a sham and I have the dirty carpets to prove it. We were never given any contact information other than that of the owner. I would say this is an internal business issue that you need to resolve and not pass the buck. I am sure that your attempts 5 months later to "resolve" this issue are due to the feed back you have seen from other customers that have read my report. I still stand by BUYER BEWARE! This company may advertise a good product but you will be left with empty pockets and dirty carpets!!!

I am the Regional manager over San Diego. Working with this reputable company for over 2 years it brings me great sorrow to hear such anger about such a great honest company. We have a full time customer service team that deals with such issues. We clean over 4000 happy customers homes a year, so it is said to see the few disgruntal customers that resort to defaming this great company behind thier  backs. I personally never heard about this issue, as all issues in san diego go through me. It sounds like this customer did not go through the customer service hot line to deal with this problem, but dealt with the technician directly. We can not know what our technicians performance at your house unless we hear from you directly. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Please call into the office directly and we will do our very best to deal with the issue at hand and make your predicament whole again. Again we are very sorry and will do anything to help out. Please also give us the name of the technician that told you such faulty information so we can deal with him in a professional manner. Thank You and I look very forward to getting this settled and resolved.
