 We put a deposit on a breeding (english bulldogs) that was suppose to take place, then the bulldog breeding didnt happen. Therefore I  had to purchase another puppy, Caroline (who I adore) called me and said she had exactly what I wanted, she indeed did, I purchased the puppy sending CASH money right away to Tim Garrison. When I received my puppy after she was lost on a airplane for 2 days I took her to the vet, she was swollen and had infections from laying in a crate of poop and piss. Therefore the vets put her on antiboitics, over the next 2 days I called Caroline telling her my puppy (named Diamond) wasnt very active, she said it was probably the antiboitics making her sleepy.

I then paid a dopsit on a adult English bulldog named TUX

A week later I took Diamond back to the vet. Diamond has BILATERAL LUXATING PATELLAS GRADE 3/4, DEMODEX MANGE, STENOTIC NARES, INVERTED VOLVA, AND A CHERRY EYE.  Please if anyone would like to see all my vet paperwork I have now been to 5 different vets and I have videos to varify this.  DIAMOND is a daughter of shrinkabulls REECE and HERSHEY. All the vets say this is DEFINATELY HERITARY. Abe continued to tell me this wasnt heritary but I chose to belive the doctors that have a license on the wall, since after all Diamond after 45 minutes of walking pulls herself on her belly.

I called and told them to please call my vets and speak with them  (after i sent them copies of the vet paperwork) (they never  called my vets.the vet said the puppy was sent to me in this condition and the breeder had to no it) I even said I would  bring Diamond with us when we picked TUX up and they could take her to their own vet and varify this. Then when I was supposed to pick TUX up no one would answer the phone for me for like 7 to 10 days. Then Caroline told me the family was on vaction (I understood this)

But then I was told Andrea and the kids didnt want to sell TUX, they just couldnt part with him, I even understood this BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THIS IS CALLED STEALING

But it is now 4 months later and they still havent refunded my money for TUX or done anything on Diamond. I think Caroline has tried so hard but cant get Tim Garrison to do anything. I think Tim Garrison uses Caroline as their shield but yet dont let her make any decisions.

We have spent 3200.00 in vet bills on Diamond and we have at least 3 surgeries she needs totalling around 10,000.00 after hospital bills, surgeries and meds. When I purchased her I also had breeding rights and was told they would breed her back the blue legacy so i thought we was getting a breedble puppy, but I dont care about that, but this is unfair after all she is now part of the family. bUT WE WOULD HAVE LIKED SOME KIND OF RESOLUTION. 

I cant seem to work out a resolution, after all Tim Garrison has never even called me back,  so our attorney is DAVID RALSTON who is also the house of rep speaker here and I will just let him see if he can work something out

But please be aware when you purchase from Purebred Bulldogs even though it s caroline you speak with you are actually paying Tim Garrison so therefore if there is any problem Caroline has NO say so about anything. And as Abe told me I signed the contract and even though bilaterial floating patellas are heritary I signed their contract SO PLEASE BEWARE before buying these beautiful photshopped pictures of puppy s inwhich they are edited and apparently some are salined to make ropes appear larger, be cautious because if you get a deformed puppy like we did you are out of luck. And be careful making deposit s if they change their minds and want to keep a puppy then o well they also keep your money
