Purity Medical Products Howie Phone Scam -Liars- Rippoff Company Placentia, California

"Howie" from this company contacted our office and stated that our current medical supply company was no longer carrying our brand of gloves and that we would have to order from them now on . We took their word for it and placed our glove order. We recieved an invoice for 2 Cases of Latex free gloves for $498.29! Triple the price we pay.. but we never recieved the gloves. Once we figured out what happend we called our company and they told us that they still carried our gloves and that such a story was not true.
We contacted Howie today and he denied the fact that he told us the company was not carrying our gloves and rephrased what he said, he said..When we told him we have not recieved the gloves, he said he always mails the invoices first and the gloves come a few weeks later! He also said he reviewed pricing over the phone and that the odering conversation was recorded! It is our impression that this company may have hacked into our medical suppliers company to know such great details about our office. We believe we would have never recieved the gloves! We told him to cancel the order and not to contact our office again.  Even if this company did not intend to be fraudulent, they certainly are very unprofessional. We contacted the Attorney Generals office in California, and filed a complaint. You should too!
