I was on Facebook.com, which I have no problem with, and I saw this add for a pink Iphone. I must admit I couldn't help but be tempted about it and so I clicked on it. They asked for my information and first said ALL I had to do was fill out a survey, that changed to apply for at LEAST two products so I did and Purity Mineral Science was one of them. After I signed up it said all I needed to do was register, well they showed NO PLACE to register!!! I know now that it's another pyramid scheme! Well I'm not one to give up easily so I searched until I found the "members area" I signed on and it had a list of products with their pictures and underneath the pink iphone it said "not qualified" I was pissed at this point! It said I needed to earn "6 points" by doing so I would be eligable. Now tell me, why the HECK did they not say that BEFORE I gave them all my information?!?!

Apparently you need to review 1-3 products that will get to you in at least 90 days. THEN you can register for your iphone. Well I saw there were three products at the bottom of the page (Privacy Butler 1.0, Password Safehouse, & Popup Defender 2004) accross from them there was the "Click to Download" button and another highlighted "click here" to fill out the survey. So I clicked to download, but never actually installed the products, I just left, I do NOT want anything more junk on my computer! So I filled out a survey for each and sent them off and nothing changed. At this point I realized my "stick with it until you get what you want" plan was not going to work. I had just figured if I tried and bugged them enough I'd get my iphone. So I want my money back!

This is when I went RIGHT AWAY and emailed Purity Mineral Science, within a few moments they replied saying that this was an email to confirm they recieved my email. Well that was no help so I called their 800 number and was told that they weren't open! I'm in Colorado so they're business is 2 hours ahead, however they CONSTANTLY told me today when I called that their "phones" have problems. I do not know what problems, but when I got on the phone I was told that if I had just called yesterday they could have reversed the charge, so I said I wanted to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor, Melissa, said there was nothing she could do, so I requested to speak to whoever was in charge of her, Colene informed me that there was a FIVE MINUTE WINDOW AFTER I ORDERED THE PRODUCT!!!! 5!!!! I said that didn't seem very fair and I wanted my $8.95 and $1.00 charge back. She said that it was already shipped and that she could do nothing since their shipping facility was in Texas! I kept asking and asking until she sounded really frustrated and I decided to move onto my bank so I thanked the nice lady for all her "help." I'm going to have to return this bogus about product to their company to not be charged $68.99!!!

O called my bank (US Bank) who told me that I could not call in a fraudunlant credit charge UNTIL the charge had actually gone through. So tell me... what am I to do? I can't find a number ANYWHERE for product test Panel! For them, there are "5 steps" I was NEVER told about!!!

1.) Complete a Total of 3 OFFERS for one or more of the offer groups and recieve a $50 dollar gift card!
2.) Complete a Total of 5 OFFERS for one or more of the offer groups and recieve a $100 dollar gift card!
3.) Complete a Total of 8 OFFERS for one or more of the offer groups and recieve a $250 dollar gift card!
4.) Complete just 1 offer from each of the three offer groups and recieve a free laptop!
5.) Complete just 2 offers from each of the three offer groups and recieve the registered incentive! (THAT would be the iphone)
