 When trying to cancel my auto shippment I found it impossable to cancel online even though I was told on the phone when setting it up I could Manage my auto ship online. So I sent an email and this is what it contained......The highlighted red is my highlight. They must get lots of request to cancel when their stock email tell you to call to cancel. When you call please plan on 30 minutes of your time wasted. Auto answer with machine questions until you finally get a person that I feel ther only job is to change your mind.

 if you don't change your mind they look for a reason that they can not cancel it. I may just cancel my CC so I will not have to worry about extra unauthorized charges.

 I feel that they are a truely dishonest company with no honor. 

 The product did nothing foor me but that is always the risk when taking supplements but to have a company in this day and age not let you cancel online stinks of Fraud and Deceit.

I've been receiving their product over the last 18 months. Just an fyi, it took me 20 minutes on the phone to cancel, they will not let you cancel online. The method seemed a little shady and underhanded as they would not give me a cancellation number until they pitched me on discounts and other things at least 6 times, I had to persist. 

Now I'm questioning the quality of the product as the process has made me uncomfortable with the organization. If the experience felt slimy on this end, what kind of people run the other end.

Some of the complaints I've read said credit card charges continue even after you cancel. I'll post back if that occurs.
